Lettuce Wrapped Sliders and Fries
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 cups of your choice of Root Vegetables. ( I used Parsnips, Sweet Potato, and Carrot) 
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
- 1.5 tsp Salt 
- 16 oz Ground Beef 
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 
- 1 tsp cumin 
- 1 tsp paprika 
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced 
- Butter Lettuce Leaves 
- 1 beefsteak tomato, sliced 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF. 
- Toss the root vegetables with the oil and 0.5 tsp of salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 40 minutes. 
- In another bowl, mix the beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, paprika, and cumin. Mold into eight patties. 
- In a large skillet, cook the patties over medium heat. 
- Use the butter lettuce to wrap the sliders and tomato. Top with your choice of condiments, and serve with the fries.
